Key Mapper Gaming Pro

This Privacy Policy applies to the Key Mapper Gaming Pro app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by sds100, collectively referred to as the "Application". sds100 is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider" and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Application.
The Service Provider is established in the Netherlands and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and other applicable data protection laws.
The Application collects the following information when you download and use it. This information is stored locally on your device and is not automatically transmitted to any party.

To avoid collecting this information on your device, it is recommended not to use the Application when entering personal information such as passwords through internal and connected devices.
You have the opportunity to manually attach your email address and/or Discord handle when completing a bug report. If you choose to provide this information, it is stored locally on your device until you submit the bug report, at which point it is shared according to Section 'What Information Is Shared'.

Some of the third-party services listed above (including RevenueCat and Sentry) are based in the United States. When data is transmitted to the Service Provider or these third parties, it may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where such transfers take place, the Service Provider ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR Chapter V, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or reliance on adequacy decisions where applicable. Any provided personal information such as your email address or Discord handle is used exclusively to associate your otherwise anonymous submissions with you as a point of contact. Your personal information is not shared with any third-party beyond those outlined in this Privacy Policy and is only used to provide a channel of communication between you and the Service Provider for the express purpose of providing support as it relates to your bug report submission.

If you believe the Service Provider has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU member state of residence or place of work.
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal data through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at legal@keymapper.app so that it can be deleted promptly.
You can stop the collection of information on your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will prevent the Application from collecting further data, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
To opt out of anonymous usage data sharing, you can do so directly within the Application settings at any time. To request deletion of data already transmitted, contact the Service Provider at legal@keymapper.app.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of material changes by the posting of an updated Privacy Policy with a revised effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
